House rules & regulations

Dear guests, we warmly welcome you to our mobile homes and wish you an eventful and relaxing stay! With our accommodations, we want to offer you the basis for carefree and relaxing days. To ensure this always succeeds, it is necessary that our guests know and adhere to the house rules. By booking, you accept these house rules and ensure that you and all fellow travelers adhere to them. We thank you in advance for your cooperation! If you have any further questions about these house rules, you can reach us at any time at the following telephone number: 49 178-5530020

REST PERIODS

In our mobile homes, public quiet hours, such as midday and Sunday quiet, must be observed. Out of consideration and in the interest of good neighborliness, quiet hours must also be observed daily between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

SMOKE

Smoking is NOT permitted in our mobile homes. Please go outside and use an ashtray if you wish. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette butts in the general waste. Should any burn marks or holes appear, please report them to us as the landlord immediately. You, as the tenant, are responsible for the repair costs of any resulting damage.

INTERNET

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in our mobile homes. You will receive the access code upon arrival. Use of this internet access is at your own risk. We, as the landlord, assume no liability for any of your internet activities.

PETS

Keeping pets in our mobile homes is NOT permitted.

VISITORS

For safety reasons, a maximum of four people are allowed in the mobile home. If visitors are also staying overnight in the mobile home, they must be notified in advance to the landlord. Visitors can be registered by phone or email. A fee of €60 per visitor per night will be charged. Visitors must also adhere to these house rules.

EVENTS AND PARTIES

Larger events and parties are generally prohibited in our mobile homes. Any gathering of several people in our mobile homes must comply with the relevant conditions of these house rules.

WASTE SEPARATION AND DISPOSAL

Since we are required to separate waste, we ask you to also separate your waste in our mobile homes. Appropriate disposal facilities for paper, plastic, residual waste, and glass are available. The garbage cans are located behind the property owner's main house (leaving the campsite, take the next right turn; it's the first house on the left). New garbage bags are also provided in the mobile homes, which you should use as needed. Please also never throw food scraps, garbage, or toiletries down the toilet or other drains. Dispose of your garbage only in the designated containers.

SECURITY

For safety reasons, all entrance doors to mobile homes must be kept closed and locked with a key when you are away. Windows should also be closed when leaving the mobile home and at night. For fire safety reasons, it is also important to ensure that escape routes are not blocked. Air conditioning, lights, and other appliances should always be turned off when not in use. This also applies to electrical appliances.

Ventilate

To prevent infection, it's important to adequately ventilate your mobile home. To do this, open the windows several times a day for 5 to 10 minutes. This can effectively prevent mold growth.

Outdoor area

Outdoor items, such as sunshades or similar, must be closed in strong winds and overnight to prevent damage and ensure your safety. Barbecues are to be used by adults only. For fire safety reasons, barbecuing with open flames, charcoal, or accelerants is prohibited!

Emergency contacts

In case of emergency, please contact the police on 192 or the European emergency number 112 or use the following nearby hospital: Zadar

THE PARK

During your stay in our mobile homes, you will find appropriately marked free parking for one vehicle. Mobile home STIPE 1 has a parking space directly next to the mobile home. The parking space for mobile home STIPE 4 is located on a plot along the access road, a few minutes' walk away. Loading and unloading is possible directly at the mobile home. Please ensure that you do not block other vehicles, neighbors, or sidewalks when parking. Please also note that we, as the landlord, are not liable for the vehicle or its contents parked in the parking lot.

CLEANING

You are responsible for cleaning the mobile home during your stay. This is not included in the final cleaning. Appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment are available in the mobile homes for any necessary cleaning. Some cleaning tasks will also be required before departure. These are listed in the "Arrival and Departure" section.

DAMAGES

Any damage to the mobile home must be reported to the owner as soon as possible. We cannot accept damage discovered only after your departure. For minor damage, such as broken glass, we as the owner will cover the cost. However, you as the renter are liable for any major damage to the furnishings or the mobile home. To avoid damage, please refrain from moving furniture and avoid other potential hazards.

KEY

Upon arrival, you will receive a key to the mobile home. Please never let the keys out of your hands. If you lose the keys, please notify us immediately. A replacement fee of €120 will be charged, which you, as the renter, will be responsible for.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

To ensure the mobile home is optimally prepared for our guests, you can check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the mobile home must be vacated by 10 a.m. and left in a tidy condition. This includes: Emptying the refrigerator and wiping it dry. Cleaning the dishes and returning them to their dry places. Disposing of leftover food. Disposing of household waste in the designated bins. Cleaning used appliances and equipment if necessary. Storing used furniture neatly. Turning off electrical appliances (except the refrigerator). Sweeping the rooms in the mobile home that are being used. Locking all doors.

These house rules are intended to ensure that you enjoy the most pleasant and safe stay in our mobile homes.

Compliance with the house rules is therefore essential. A violation of these house rules constitutes a breach of the rental conditions stipulated in the rental agreement. We ask you to observe this and wish you a relaxing stay and a pleasant time with us!
